Byte Into IT: Nicholas Pickard on A.I. Music Theft

New reporting has confirmed that many iconic songs from Australian and New Zealand based artists have been scraped into A.I. training databases, without permission, payment or credit. From Kylie Minogue, to Yothu Yindi to small independent artists, millions of songs have been targeted and stolen.

The team is joined by the Executive Director of Public Affairs and Government Relations at APRA AMCOS, Nicholas Pickard, to discuss what has been uncovered, what it means for artists, and what might happen next.
