The Triple R Strategic Plan 2024-2029 is our agenda for decision-making and action as we approach our 50th Anniversary in 2026 and look toward the next half century.

Grounded in the legacy of our first 50 years as a proudly independent, listener funded, largely volunteer operated, community broadcaster that has shaped and been shaped by Melbourne/Naarm’s ever evolving cultures and subcultures, this strategy builds on our achievements from the 2018-2024 Strategic Plan.
